Tile Helper / Laborer Needed

Looking for a reliable tile laborer to help on residential tile jobs (floors, showers, prep work). No experience required. I’m willing to train the right person. If you already have tile or construction experience, that’s a big plus. Most job sites are within the Chandler/Gilbert area.

What I’m looking for:
• Reliable transportation (you must be able to get to job sites on time)
• Dependable and punctual (showing up matters more than anything)
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to do physical work (lifting, kneeling, standing for long periods)
• Basic hand tools are a plus, but not required
• Must be respectful with customers and on job sites

About the work:
• Assisting with tile installation, prep, cleanup, and material handling
• Mostly residential work
• Opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow

Pay:
Based on experience and reliability, W-2 or 1099.
