About the Role
The Underground Foreman oversees daily field operations for underground utility installation on Arizona civil construction projects. This role leads crews, ensures safety and quality compliance, and is responsible for accurate reporting of labor, production, and job progress.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise underground utility installation (water, sewer, storm drain, dry utilities)
Lead crews to meet production goals and project schedules
Read and interpret plans, grades, and elevations
Accurately track crew and personal time, production, and daily reports
Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety standards, and local requirements

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in underground utility construction
Proven experience leading crews, managing equipment, and reading civil plans
Ability to accurately track time and complete reports using digital tools
Proficient in using mobile devices and digital systems for daily reporting and time tracking
