Service Description / Scope of Work
The Independent Contractor shall provide professional cleaning and organizational services for a residential property. Services are intended to maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and functional environment.
Services May Include:
• Comprehensive residential cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and office spaces
• Cleaning of kitchen surfaces, appliances, sinks, dishes, countertops, cabinets, and floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, tile, mirrors, and fixtures
• Cleaning floors, tile, baseboards, walls, windows, blinds, and high-touch surfaces
• Dusting and surface cleaning throughout the residence
• Professional organization of rooms, workspaces, and storage areas, including the ability to assess disorganized spaces with papers, books, files, and materials and reorganize them into functional, orderly systems
• Sorting, grouping, and organizing documents, books, and materials in a logical and usable manner
• Periodic reorganization and ongoing, continuous cleaning and upkeep
• Following professional judgment, cleaning expertise, and organizational skill to transform cluttered or disorganized spaces into clean, efficient, and usable environments

Compensation & Structure:
• Rate: $18.50 per hour
• Payment Type: Hourly, based on time worked
