Experienced Retail Routing & Shipping/Receiving Coordinator EDI & WMS

About the Role:

EXP Fulfillment is seeking a highly skilled Retail Routing & Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to join our Corona, CA warehouse. This role requires someone who can immediately follow our SOPs and procedures, handle EDI-based retail orders, retailer portals, shipping/receiving, and direct client communication, and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage routing and order submission through EDI and retailer portals accurately
Handle PO splits, partial shipments, and quantity changes Monitor EDI acknowledgements, routing responses, and compliance updates
Coordinate and track shipping/receiving activities with warehouse operations
Communicate directly with clients regarding order status and issue resolution Maintain accurate documentation to prevent errors, delays, and chargebacks Follow SOPs and procedures exactly



Required Experience & Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with EDI-based retail orders (submission, routing, ASN, compliance)
• Experience with retailer portals, such as:
• TJX (TJ Maxx / Marshalls / HomeGoods)
• Ross Stores
• Target – Partners Online (POL)
• Walmart – Retail Link
• Costco – EDI compliance
• Petco
• Five Below
• Dollar Tree / Family Dollar
• WMS experience (distribution center experience preferred)
• Shipping & Receiving coordination experience in a 3PL or retail fulfillment environment
• Ability to manage multiple POs, splits, and partial shipments independently
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills for direct client interaction
• Must provide references from previous companies performing this work
• Background check required



Pay & Schedule:
• First 90 days: $20/hr – onboarding & learning our procedures
• After 90 days: $22/hr – full skilled pay
• Monday – Friday
• First 90 days: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• After 90 days: Full-time 8-hour shifts
