HIRING: Full-Time Social Media & Ads Manager (Bilingual EN/Spanish)

Our trucking company is growing and we’re looking for a full-time Social Media & Advertising Manager to help us recruit company drivers and owner-operators. If you know how to run ads that generate real leads and you can communicate in English and Spanish, we want to hear from you.

LOCATION
Ontario, CA (Full-time position)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

-Manage our social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
-Create recruiting content (posts, short videos, graphics, driver-focused messaging)
-Set up, run, and optimize paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
-Respond to messages/comments and follow up with leads (English + Spanish)
-Track results (leads, cost per lead, applications) and improve performance

REQUIREMENTS
-Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken + written)
-Experience managing social media for a business
-Experience running paid ad campaigns (recruiting/lead generation preferred)
-Strong communication and ability to stay organized
-Trucking/logistics experience is a plus (but not required)
