Job Description
Baldizon Tax Services is looking to hire an individual for a contracted seasonal administrative assistant position. The time frame would be as follows: January 26, 2026 – April 30, 2026. Our business will be operating seven days a week during this period. Great opportunity to earn additional income.
We are a family-owned tax services business operating since 1961. We currently serve over 3500 clients and continue growing each year. We are a small staff operating 2 offices, consisting of no more than 10 combined members.
The position would require:
- Handling large volumes of phone calls and emails.
- Process payments.
- Handle and organize a large volume of documents.
- Directly work with our staff to facilitate workflow.
- Provide customer service to our many clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service.
- Basic knowledge in operating Windows-based computers and programs: Microsoft Office, Google Calendars, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish would be preferred but not required.
- Work well independently.
- Work well with a small staff.
- Comfortable dealing with a large volume of clients.
