Live in-House Manager

Job Summary:
Provide overall oversite and care of the interior and exterior of the house, handy man services to maintain property, ordering supplies, monitoring the security of the house, participate in client conference weekly and overseeing daily activities of clients and client management on site.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Good customer services skills
2. Provide an intake , assigning open bed and refrigerator space, giving a tour of the house
3. Make sure all participants follow house rule, that chores are completed and that all is accountable.
4. Must do a 10:00 pm client count to verify that the required clients are on the premises.
5. You are expected to handle issues that come up during your shift, but if you believe you are unable or that things are getting a bit complicated to immediately call Lead house manager or Executive Director.
6. Insure that house exterior grounds and interior of house are clean at all times and that it’s a safe environment.
7. Grocery Shop for the house and insure that house has adequate food available, inform Lead House manager of needed Items.
8. Insure that kitchen and bath rooms are clean, functional and safe and stocked at all times.
9. Insure that over flowing trash is remove the house and any outside garbage is discarded.
10. Provide light handy man services when requested from House Manager.
11. Monitor the house activities to maintain a safe environment.
12. Please maintain on site participants contact # in your personal cell.
13. Must have a working cell phone at all time. Please respond to all RECHSS staff calls and text as soon as possible.
14. Please monitor house curfew ( 10:00 pm)
15. Insure that all clients are signing in and out and please encourage any Parole officers that to sign in and out.
16. Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
17. To report any and all concerns to the lead house manager as soon as you possible.
18. Pass out bus passes and other incentive cards
19. Will prepare open beds for the next Client to arrive in the home. This includes cleaning the area, removing all bed sheets, etc.
20. Pass out hygiene kits, other supplies as needed
21. Attend all staff meeting and client house meeting
22. Make sure that all communication is professional, polite and respectful.
23. No drug use, no pets (except for special accommodation), person family members, children or guests on site.
24. Enter in daily bed attendants, drug screening weekly and incidents reports as needed in the ARMS system.
25. Other duties as assigned


Compensation:
Housing manager required to be a live in manager, free rent, food, utilities, access to Wi-Fi /internet, cable TV, (Compensation $1000.00 a month)
Requirements:
1. Must be able to past a criminal background check
2. Must be able to obtain a copy of your High School/GED diploma or higher degree.
3. Must have a resume
4. Position is for a (individual (1) person)
5. Must have a copy of your CA ID and Social Security Card.
6. Must obtain a CPR and Food handlers certification.
7. Must have a TB clearance
