Production Cook – Early Morning (Mon–Fri)

This is a structured, early-morning production role. Please apply only if you can meet the schedule and requirements without exceptions.

SCHEDULE – STRICT / NON-NEGOTIABLE

Monday through Friday

5:00 AM start time (no flexibility)

Finish approximately 10:00–11:00 AM

No weekends

PAY

$20/hour starting (non-negotiable)

REQUIREMENTS (MUST MEET ALL)

Culinary school graduate OR minimum 2+ years professional kitchen experience

Able to work independently and efficiently at 5:00 AM

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes exactly

Reliable transportation

Resume required

Must provide two forms of identification

Must be legally authorized to work in California

RESPONSIBILITIES

Baking off frozen pastries

Cooking and prepping kids’ school lunch items

Executing grab-and-go menu items per recipe

Production prep and daily kitchen support

Maintaining a clean, organized, food-safe workspace
