Hiring: Dishwasher / Prep Person
Night Shift | High-Volume Kitchen

We are hiring a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher / Prep Person to support our kitchen during high-volume service. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen clean, organized, stocked, and running smoothly throughout the shift.

This is a fast-paced, physical position that requires consistency, urgency, and pride in doing things the right way.

Non-Negotiable Requirements
• Minimum availability of 4 days per week
• Must be available for night shifts
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to keep pace during peak service

Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

Role Responsibilities
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep dish station clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Assist with basic food prep as assigned (washing, chopping, portioning, stocking)
• Support cooks and kitchen staff by maintaining steady flow of clean equipment
• Remove trash, break down boxes, and maintain BOH cleanliness
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
• Help with end-of-shift breakdown and cleaning duties

• Ability to take direction and follow kitchen systems and procedures
• Prior dish or prep experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
