Skilled Electrician w/ Handyman Experience

Looking for a steady, full-time job with a great team, sure pay and benefits? We are looking for a skilled electrician with handyman experience to add to our maintenance team to help with the upkeep of our commercial buildings located in the downtown Los Angeles area.

Handyman Projects such as:
• Electrical – small wiring tasks, install or replace outlets and fixtures
• Carpentry – repairs, door, trim, framing, etc.
• Painting - drywall preparation, patching, caulking
• Plumbing – install, repair or replace faucets and toilets, minor pipe repairs

Job Requirements:
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 5+ years of electrical and handyman experience.
• Able to perform multi-trade tasks in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywalling and carpentry.
• Able to solve problems, assess and fix most issues, but at the same time know when to seek help from the Lead Maintenance Technician.
• Attention to details in all aspects of any assigned tasks.
• Able to lift/move heavy furniture or construction materials up to 75 lbs.
• Able to follow instructions.
• Work well with the rest of the crew.
• Customer friendly.
• Able to read and write.
• Bilingual - English/Spanish
• Reliable means of transportation and have your own handyman tools.
• Need to pass the drug test.
• Non-smoker
