Job Description

Position: Office Manager needed for a flooring showroom. 

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:30AM-5:00PM

Duties:
1. Daily office management and administrative tasks. 
2. Working with online platforms such as Yelp, Google (Reviews & Maps), and Thumbtack.
3. Managing emails and client communication.
4. Assisting with quotes and basic calculations.
5. Coordinating with sales and construction teams. 
6. Maintaining an organized and professional showroom environment. 

Requirements:
1. Fluent English is required. 
2. Strong technical skills and ability to learn systems quickly. 
3. Basic math skills required. 
4. Office/construction/showroom experience, preferred. 
5. Professional, presentable, and detail oriented. 
6. Fast learner with a proactive attitude. 

Compensation: $30 per hour. Raise after 6 months and after 1 year.
