Freshman Admissions Counselors and Transfer Essay Editors (Remote)

Harvest Academy is seeking passionate Freshman Admissions Counselors and Transfer Essay Editors (Fully Remote job).

Key Responsibilities for Freshman Admissions Counselors
Conduct monthly student consultations and prepare progress reports
Receive monthly feedback from the Director
Respond to emails requiring counselor input
Guide students on admissions roadmap: designing extracurricular activities, selecting AP/Honors courses, and strategizing SAT/AP exam preparation
Support 12th graders with intensive 2–3 month management: assist in completing extracurricular activities and essays, including polishing materials as needed

Key Responsibilities for Transfer Essay Editors
Write and draft application essays in accordance with provided guidelines, using provided information and materials.
Incorporate timely feedback and edits to refine essays and ensure completion within required deadlines.
Maintain prompt and professional email communication, responding to inquiries within 24 hours.

Qualifications
Graduate of an Ivy League or near-Ivy League university
Fluent in Korean and English
Experience in college admissions consulting or education preferred
