Job Description
The Churchill, a luxury HOA on the Wilshire Corridor, seeks a dynamic, hands-on Individual with the HOA Managerial Experience to manage 111-unit high rise.
Job Responsibilities include:
· Financial Management – oversees monthly HOA dues collection, bill payments and other day-to-day financial transactions. Prepares budgets, financial statements and manages reserve funds.
· Property and vendor Management – oversees maintenance and repairs in common areas, outside contractors, performs site inspections and manages compliance with fire safety system.
· Unit renovation – manages contractors to ensure they comply with rules and laws.
· Ensures compliance with CC& Rs and rules, as well as insurance requirements.
· Serves as primary contact for residents.
· Coordinates and oversees capital improvement projects.
· Organizes and leads board meetings, including agendas and minutes.
· Works with the board and outside counsel on various legal issues.
· Manages building staff, including front desk and engineer.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent
• 3 years experience managing a high-rise HOA
• Knowledge of the Davis-Stirling Act
• Excellent communications and customer service skills
