Home cleaning for Asian small family no need speaking English

Looking for Philipino female, $15 per hour ,prefer diligent type of personality ,experienced. 4-5 hours cleaning 2 times a month.

700 square feet apt routine cleaning.
Payment right away to labor after each cleaning. (Intended to be at least half year employment offered to applicant) tough and hard work. Preferred with no heavy cosmetic on.
Employer will provide towels, cleaning detergents.

Mainly needed help in clean windows, floor, all the 2 bedroom apartment, kitchen and bathroom. Work days in weekends.

Employer is retired customer servicing and sales professional immigrated to USA from Hong Kong in year 2000. Married to USA citizen which is also from east side of the world. Has 2 adult daughters at home do online study.

When I was in my 20’s of age, My mother and I used to hire a Philipino to help out house cleaning for 3 years. She is very competent in her job. This job offer is intended to be a very long term relationship. And applicant needed to have good language skills when socializing with employer’s family. Additional bonus and increase hour wages will be considered once every 6 months.
