Field Canvassing Manager – Water Filtration Division

America Home Pros is expanding our Water Filtration Division, and we’re looking for a strong Field Canvassing Manager to help run, train, and support a small canvassing team that schedules in-home water test appointments.
This is a part-time leadership role with weekly pay, warm leads, and serious commission upside.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support a small field canvassing team
Help train, motivate, and manage canvassers weekly
Ensure quality appointments are scheduled and tracked
Work alongside leadership — we help recruit and train the team
Focus on execution, consistency, and results, not paperwork
Compensation
$1,500 paid out per completed install
Split between canvassers and the field manager
Weekly payouts
No cap on earnings
Southern California teams are currently averaging:
1 deal per day
5 deals per week
Strong managers who keep their teams focused and consistent can build real weekly income without full-time hours.
