We are a busy, friendly dental practice in Fountain Valley, CA, and we’re hiring a Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. You will play a key role in helping patients achieve their oral health goals in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Consistent Daytime Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, and some Saturdays 8:00 am to 1:00 pm (no late evenings).

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service: ensure patients are comfortable, answer their questions, and educate them on oral care as needed.
• Reception duties – greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and verifying insurance – to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a dental office setting. (Experience as a dental receptionist/front desk coordinator is strongly preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you make patients feel welcome and at ease. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask between clinical and administrative duties.
• Attitude: A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine willingness to learn new skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Other: Bilingual ability is a plus (English/Spanish or other language), as many of our patients speak a second language. Radiology/X-ray certification is desirable but not required – we can help you obtain certification if needed.
