Operations Assistant

Title: Part-Time Production Assistant – Retail Storefront (15–20 hrs/week)

Body:

We are seeking a reliable part-time production assistant to work in our retail storefront, helping with the filling and sealing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar products.

Duties include:
• Filling 5-gallon containers with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
• Filling and sealing retail bottles
• Washing bottles, containers, and equipment
• General cleanup and maintaining a clean workspace

Work Environment:
• Retail storefront (not a warehouse)
• Clean, food-related production setting

Requirements:
• Able to lift and handle 5-gallon containers (approximately 40–50 lbs)
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet
• Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

Schedule:
• Approximately 15–20 hours per week
• Daytime hours; schedule to be discussed

Compensation:
• Starting at minimum wage, depending on experience
• Paid via direct deposit
• Position is part-time employee status
