• Poke Prep / Fish Cutting
• Poke Line / Bowl Assembly
• Kitchen Prep
• Shift Leads
• Front of House / Order Assembly

REQUIREMENTS
• Prior poke experience required
• Comfortable handling raw fish (cutting, marinating, portioning)
• Fast, clean, organized
• Strong knife skills
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Food safety focused
