ELECTRICAL SERVICE ENGINEER

WE are looking for two potential candidates. One a very experienced electrical engineer. This applicant should be able to design a functioning control system from specification and start to finish. The applicant should have a good understanding of motor speed controls. Applicant should be able to analyze relay logic or PLC logic and have worked with the software to create a program. Engineer should be able to review a system in the field and either repair it or re design it. These are system used in paper, plastic, rubber and steel industries.
The second position is for an engineering apprentice. Someone with the education and class room experience but maybe lacking the years of experience in the field or leading a project. This person will be groomed to grow into a service engineer position.

The service engineer position will have several different areas of responsibility.
1. In house testing of the more complex systems
2. Start up of systems in field
4. Coordinate with the systems engineer any modifications that may need to be done to a system.
5. Joint sales calls with sales men to work out the details of new applications.
6. Work with production during construction of new systems
7. There is the possibility of designing new systems using AUTOCAD , it the applicant has the skills

INHOUSE TESTING
The Service engineer position will require you to work with our systems engineer on any new systems as they are built in the plant. You will have to test all of the more complicated systems, and understand how they work. The applicant will be responsible for everything from PLC logic to drive programming.

FIELD SERVICE
Field service will entail traveling to LOCAL customers facility and starting up any new systems and adjusting to their specifications. It may also entail, working on older systems and repairing them in the field. Most of this work will be done during normal business hours. Some of it may require after hours service. If so , you will be paid time plus one half for regular OVERTIME, and double pay for DOUBLE TIME. Important test equipment will be provided by the company.
