Solar Appointment Setter D2D – San Diego | High Commission

LGCY Power is bringing on 2 door to door solar appointment setters in San Diego.

This role is for people who are comfortable knocking consistently and want real income upside. You focus on setting quality homeowner appointments. We handle the closing.

Compensation is performance based on a 60/40 split.
Average total commission per closed deal is around $10,000.
Earnings are uncapped.

What you’ll be doing
Knocking residential neighborhoods
Speaking with homeowners and qualifying interest
Setting clean, confirmed in home solar appointments

What I’m looking for
Comfortable knocking doors daily and talking with homeowners
Strong work ethic and reliable follow through
Professional communication with homeowners
Previous door to door or sales experience is a plus, but not required

You’ll be working directly with Trevor Paine, with nearly a decade of experience in door to door and residential solar.
