Freebird Barbershop is an appointment-only barbershop in Pacific Beach known for clean work, strong consultations, and long-term clients. We’re expanding into a new retail space in March, and looking to add a detail-oriented barber with strong scissor skills.

This is a shop for barbers who care about shape, balance, and repeatability — not rushing bodies through a chair.

WE ARE ALSO SEEKING NEWLY GRADUATED & LICENSED COSMO / BARBERS TO START AS APPRENTICESHIP FOR THE FIRST 6 WEEKS.

THE ROLE

Full-time (5 days/week)
Appointment-only environment
Consistent book (8–10 clients/day)
Longer appointments, proper consultations
No walk-ins, no chaos


60% commission
Haircuts priced at $45–$55
100% of tips
$10 per product sold
Realistic earnings: $85K–$100K+
