About the Role
We are looking for a talented and efficient Floral Designer to join our team for the upcoming Valentine’s Day season. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role perfect for a designer who loves the rush of the holiday and takes pride in sending out beautiful, high-quality work.
Your Responsibilities
Design & Execute: Create stunning arrangements based on specific shop recipes (signature styles) as well as "Designer’s Choice" arrangements.
Maintain Quality: Ensure every bouquet meets our shop’s aesthetic standards and freshness requirements.
Organize for Success: Once orders are completed, you will be responsible for staging arrangements in designated delivery zones to ensure our drivers can get on the road quickly and accurately.
Studio Flow: Assist in keeping the design space organized and productive during the peak rush.
Candidate Requirements
Floral Design Experience: Must have experience in a retail flower shop or studio setting.
Speed & Precision: Ability to work quickly without sacrificing the integrity of the design.
Detail Oriented: Comfortable following specific recipes and organizing finished products by delivery zone.
Portfolio: Please provide photos of your past work or a link to your professional social media/portfolio.
