📍 Northern California
Seeking two polished, service-driven Personal Assistants to support a discreet ultra-high-net-worth entrepreneur and family. Ideal backgrounds include entertainment, hospitality, or other high-touch service environments. Poised, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and discreet.
Schedule (staggered coverage):
• Shift A: 7:00am–3:00pm
• Shift B: 11:00am–8:00pm
• Weekend coverage included
Compensation:
• Base: $60,000–$65,000 DOE + overtime
• Target total comp: $125,000–$135,000 annually
• Excellent benefits + generous PTO
Location:
• Northern California preferred
• Relocation considered (initial 1-month Airbnb trial)

Requirements:
• Exceptionally organized, calm, and service-oriented
• Highly tech-savvy (Google Suite, Outlook, Asana, Slack)
• Team-minded yet able to operate autonomously
• Absolute discretion; extensive background check required
