Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time)
We are a busy local trade printing company, located in West Sacramento, CA, looking for a Mail Data Processor to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in preparing and optimizing mailing lists for direct mail campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, postal compliance, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Import, clean, and validate large customer data files for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform NCOA (National Change of Address) and CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) updates, plus de-duplication to maintain clean, efficient lists.
- Use mail processing software (such as BCC and/or AccuZIP) to generate mailing lists, presort data, and create postage statements.
- Maintain compliance with all USPS regulations to qualify for postal discounts and ensure smooth delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, prepress) and external vendors to meet deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks on data and mailing outputs prior to production.
- Keep accurate records of all jobs, materials, and processing details.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with USPS mailing procedures and regulations REQUIRED.
- Prior experience using mailing software (BCC, AccuZIP, or similar) is REQUIRED.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Familiarity with EDDM highly preferred
Why This Role Might Be Right for You:
You take pride in doing things the right way and enjoy being part of a team that values positivity, learning, and accuracy. You’re someone who notices the details others might miss, and you like seeing your work come together in a finished product that goes out the door on time. If you enjoy a steady, organized pace and a team that supports each other to get things done — this could be a great fit.
How to Apply:
