$20–22/hr + $800 Bonus | No Nights or Weekends | San Rafael


Marin Ventures is a well-resourced adult day program in San Rafael supporting adults with developmental disabilities.
We offer a positive, structured team environment with daytime hours only—no nights, no weekends.


Highlights

Daytime schedule: no nights / no weekends
Pay: $20–22/hr + $800 sign-on bonus (1/3 in first paycheck)

What You’ll Do

Teach life skills, social skills, and employment-related skills
Lead activities (art, cooking, music, gardening, etc.)
Support lunch/snacks
Rotating personal care support (adult clothing & disposable undergarments)
Drive and/or accompany clients on community outings in Marin County


Requirements

18+ with HS diploma/GED (or equivalent experience)
Dependable, upbeat, proactive
Experience with developmental disabilities preferred (training provided)
For full-time: valid CA driver’s license + clean driving record (insurable)
