The Party Staff is actively hiring skilled hospitality professionals to support high-end events, hotels, corporate dining, and private functions throughout San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area.

Available Positions

• Banquet & Event Servers
• Servers with Bartending Experience
• Dishwashers / Utility
• Cooks – Prep, Line, Grill, and Event Cooks

Assignments are based on experience, skill set, and event requirements.

Pay Rate

• $21–$28 per hour, depending on role, experience, and event
• $21/hour base pay
• Opportunities for premium assignments and consistent work for top performers

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals with backgrounds in:

• Catering companies
• Hotels and resorts
• Corporate dining
• Restaurants
• High-volume or upscale events

Ideal candidates demonstrate:

• Strong service skills and professionalism
• Ability to follow event standards and on-site direction
• Reliability, punctuality, and accountability
• Professional appearance consistent with event and client standards
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Position Expectations (Role-Dependent)

• Guest-facing service including tray passing, plated service, buffet service
• Bar setup, cocktail service, and beer and wine service
• Professional guest interaction and teamwork

• Prep, line, or grill cooking based on experience
• Ability to execute menus accurately and efficiently
• Experience with events, banquets, or high-volume service preferred

• Maintaining clean, organized BOH areas
• Supporting kitchen and service flow during events

Requirements
