Now Hiring: All-Around Construction Worker

We are looking for a skilled, dependable all-around construction worker with strong experience in tile installation and waterproofing. Must be able to work independently, take direction, and produce quality work consistently.

Job Responsibilities

Tile installation (floors, showers, backsplashes, etc.)

Shower pan prep, waterproofing systems (Schluter, RedGard, Kerdi, etc.)

Bathroom remodel work (demo, prep, framing as needed)

Drywall repair, cement board install, minor carpentry

Measuring, layout, cuts, and clean finish work

Keep jobsite clean and organized

Communicate progress and job needs with supervisor/homeowner

Requirements

Proven experience in tile work + waterproofing

Basic construction knowledge (plumbing/electrical a plus, not required)

Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license preferred

Must have your own basic hand tools

Strong attention to detail and workmanship

Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day

Must show up on time and work consistently
