The Opportunity: Sales Executive at EcoStream Waste Solutions

Every single business in this city has one thing in common: They produce waste, and they are likely paying too much to get rid of it. EcoStream Waste Solutions is a disruptor in the commercial waste and recycling industry. We don't just "pick up trash"—we use technology and auditing to save businesses 20-40% on their monthly utility bills. Because we save our clients money, our "sales" process is actually a "savings" process. We are currently looking for one ambitious Sales Executive to join our team and help us handle our massive inbound lead volume.

The Problem You Will Solve:
Most business owners are locked into "predatory" contracts with giant waste corporations. These owners are frustrated by hidden fees, price hikes, and poor service. At EcoStream, you are the solution. You walk into a business, review their current bill, and show them exactly how we can provide better service for less money. It is one of the easiest "yeses" in the sales world because the value proposition is immediate and undeniable.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
This is a "Hunter" role designed for someone who loves to be out in the field and in front of people. You aren't sitting in a cubicle all day. You will be:
* Managing a dedicated territory and visiting commercial properties ranging from restaurants to manufacturing plants.
* Analyzing current waste contracts and disposal invoices to find "hidden" savings for prospects.
* Presenting our streamlined service plans to decision-makers and business owners.
* Closing service agreements and managing the transition to our operations team.
* Building a long-term portfolio of accounts that pays you a residual commission every single month.

Who We Are Looking For:
We want people who are tired of selling products that people don't want. We want someone who is hungry for a "forever" career.
* Experience: At least 1-2 years of outside sales experience is preferred. If you have sold payroll, uniforms, or merchant services, you will be a top producer here.
* Personality: You must be a "people person" who can talk to a shop foreman in the morning and a CEO in the afternoon.
* Discipline: This is an autonomous role. You must be able to manage your own schedule and stay motivated without someone looking over your shoulder.
* Drive: We want someone who is motivated by the "residual" income. If you want to build a six-figure income that grows every year, this is the place.

The Compensation Structure:
We believe in rewarding the people who grow our company. Our pay plan is widely considered the best in the industry.
* Base Salary: $65,000 guaranteed annual base salary, paid bi-weekly.
* Upfront Commission: 20% of the first year's contract value, paid upon signing.
* Residual Income: 5% monthly residual on all active accounts. This means your paycheck grows every month as you add more clients.
* First Year OTE: A motivated rep will earn $110,000 in Year 1. By Year 3, our reps are typically clearing $160,000+ due to the compounding residuals.
* Benefits: Full Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) with match, and a $500 monthly allowance for your vehicle and fuel.
