Property Maintenance Manager

We are hiring an experienced Property Maintenance Manager to maintain a private aviation hangar and nearby private residence. This role focuses on property maintenance, building maintenance, preventative maintenance, cleaning oversight, and light cleaning and repairs. Ideal for a retired or semi-retired maintenance professional seeking consistent, low-stress part-time work with autonomy.

Responsibilities:
Perform daily facility inspections and light cleaning
Maintain cleanliness and safety of hangar and outside residential areas
Identify and address leaks, spills, and safety hazards
Clean and restock restrooms and household areas
Empty trash and recycling; clean high-touch surfaces
Clean glass doors, entryways, rugs, and floor mats
Monitor boilers, thermostats, lighting, doors, and basic building systems
Monitor/basic maintenance of swimming pool and koi pond equipment
Perform weekly deep cleaning and monthly preventative maintenance
Track and manage maintenance and cleaning supply inventory
Report maintenance issues and coordinate minor repairs as needed

Qualifications:
Experience in property maintenance, building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or handyman services
Ability to work independently and manage a recurring task schedule
Strong attention to detail and preventative mindset
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Comfortable working in both commercial (hangar) and residential environments
Must have own transportation, preferably a pickup (milage paid)
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
HVAC, boiler, or mechanical systems exposure
Aviation, industrial, or private residential property experience

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift supplies, and perform routine physical tasks
Comfortable in hangar and residential work settings
