Live in Front desk /housekeeping - Housing Provided

Job Opening at a small motel by Yuma, Colorado. Looking for someone who can do front desk 2-3 days a week and housekeeping for about ~25-28 hours per week.

Accommodation provided. Utilities are free.
Rate is $15.16 hour.

* Ideal candidate would be someone who can
* Performs daily cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.
* Completes daily laundry services.
* Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
* Snow Plow / lawn maintenance as directed by the manager
* Able to clean rooms. Follows departmental policies and procedures.
* Assists in other roles when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.

• Performs additional duties as needed. Hours & Compensation:
Pay of $15.16/hr. • Previous housekeeping experience a plus • Valid driver’s license or government issued identification • Reliable method of transportation is needed Job and housing is only for 1 person at all times.
