Full-Time Position 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We’re looking for an Intake Specialist / Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for prospective clients and a trusted guide throughout their intake journey.
About the Role
This role blends front-desk professionalism with intake and follow-up excellence. Approximately 60% of your time will be dedicated to conducting intake conversations with prospective leads, following up thoughtfully, and building trust with the goal of scheduling an assessment. The remaining time will focus on receptionist and administrative support duties that keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Intake & Lead Follow-Up (60%)
• Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective clients
• Conduct structured intake conversations with empathy, professionalism, and clarity
• Follow up consistently with prospective leads to answer questions, address concerns, and guide them toward scheduling an assessment
• Serve as a trusted, knowledgeable resource while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Accurately document interactions, notes, and next steps in our system
Reception & Administrative Support (40%)
• Greet clients and visitors warmly, in person and over the phone
• Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately
• Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and general office coordination
• Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
