EastCoat Pavement Services is looking for a reliable, hands-on Shop Helper to help keep our shop, yard, vehicles, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who likes staying busy, takes pride in a clean and organized workspace, and can handle a variety of tasks without needing constant supervision.

What You’ll Do

-Keep the shop, yard, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
-Wash, clean, and fuel company trucks and equipment
-Help stage equipment and materials for daily jobs
-Run errands and assist with pickups/deliveries
-Perform basic vehicle and equipment maintenance as needed
-Jump in wherever needed to support the crew and operations

Mechanical Skills (Helpful, Not Required)
-Oil changes and basic preventative maintenance
-Tire rotations and brake pad replacement
-Small engine work (pumps, blowers, compact equipment)
-General mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Valid driver’s license required
