Territory Sales Representative / Estimator
EastCoat Pavement Services – Eastern CT & Western RI
Are you a driven, organized sales professional with territory experience and a knack for building strong business relationships? EastCoat Pavement Services is seeking a Territory Sales Representative & Estimator to cover Eastern Connecticut and Western Rhode Island, focusing on both inbound lead follow-up and new business development.
What You’ll Do
-Follow up on inbound leads and respond promptly to customer inquiries
-Introduce our pavement and maintenance services to new commercial prospects
-Estimate scope and pricing for asphalt, sealcoating, crack repair, and related services
-Build and maintain strong client relationships within your territory
-Knock on doors, network, and proactively generate opportunities
-Track sales activity and pipeline using CRM
Who We’re Looking For
-Prior territory sales experience required
-Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
-Comfortable with cold outreach and field selling
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Ability to estimate project scope and pricing
-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: ~$45,000–$60,000 (DOE)
Commission-heavy structure: uncapped, competitive commission on closed business
Opportunity to earn $90K+ on-target — strong performers can exceed
