Job Overview: Residential Customer Service Rep / great on phones / Bi-lingual Required
Company: Goldberg Group PM & Real Estate Location: Rockville, MD Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
The Role: GGPM is seeking a proactive, experienced Customer Service person who thrives on problem-solving. This isn't a typical desk job; you will be the voice of our properties, spending a significant portion of your time troubleshooting and offering support to callers on the other end of the phone.
Strategic Problem Solving: Take ownership of any calls that come in transferring calls or transcribing details by G-CHAT to the correct person or troubleshoot on the fly.
Tenant Relations & Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for tenant interactions, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to solve residency issues on-site.
Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Managing Broker and Senior Property Managers to streamline operations and improve property performance.
Operational Admin: Manage essential documentation, mail, and communications to keep the back-end as organized.
Experience: Strong background in property or project management. Demonstrated phone work.
Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation or use metro and bus access.
Critical Thinking: Ability to work independently & make sound decisions under pressure or collaborate with team members.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and the ability to learn property management software quickly.
Eligibility: Authorized to work in the U.S. This is not a remote job, no Virtual days.
Location Preference: Those with a commute of less than 30-60 minutes.
