Looking for Jewish Caregiver for Home Care Agency in Boca Raton

Position Summary:

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Home Care Attendants to provide non-medical in-home support services to clients in their residences. This role focuses on promoting safety, comfort, and quality of life through companionship, wellness support, and light personal assistance in accordance with individualized care plans.
This role will be working in Jewish Families that requested Jewish caregivers.

Minimum Qualifications:
Active HHA certification or CNA license (required)
Caregiver experience

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care support: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance
Prepare light meals (kosher-specialized if requested), assist with feeding
Offer companionship, emotional support, memory care stimulation
Light housekeeping, laundry, and daily living assistance
Assist clients with medication reminders and wellness routines (e.g. light stretching, hydration prompts)
Safely transport clients to appointments or community activities when needed
Document services delivered; monitor and report any changes in client status
Collaborate closely with our team to maintain consistent, high‐quality care delivery

Requirements:

Prior caregiving experience is a MUST
CNA license or HHA certification is a MUST
Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license preferred
Warm, empathetic presence with a drive to help clients thrive
Ability to work independently and follow client care plans
Must pass background screening and provide professional references
Cultural sensitivity and respect—especially valued in memory care and kosher service environments
