🔹 COMPANY TEAM DRIVERS

Pay & Miles

Pay: $0.75 – $0.90 CPM (split)

Miles: 5,000 – 7,000 miles per week

Weekly Take-Home: $1,800 – $2,800 per driver

No Co-Driver? No Problem.
WEEMS TRANSPORT INC pairs 50+ team drivers weekly.

🔹 LEASE-TO-RENT (TEAM POSITIONS ONLY)

Earnings

Weekly Gross: $12,000 – $16,000

RPM: $2.20 – $4.00

Typical Take-Home: $2,200 – $4,000 per driver / week

Weekly Costs

Truck Payment: $900

Insurance: $450

Trailer: $150

Admin: $150

OCC / ACC: $70

Depreciation: $0.15 per mile

Service Fee: 15%
