Landscape Installation & Sales Lead – $25–$30/hr + Commission
Top Cut USA is seeking an experienced, bilingual Landscape Installation & Sales Lead to join our growing team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on landscape installation experience
• Strong knowledge of plant installation, sod, grading, irrigation, and basic hardscape
• Ability to meet with clients, assess projects, and sell installation work
• Comfortable preparing scopes of work and explaining recommendations
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated
Compensation:
• $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
• Commission on all installation sales (in addition to hourly pay)
• Full-time, year-round work
• Opportunity for advancement within a well-established company
