Landscape Residential Maintenance Crew Leader $25-$30 per hour DOE

Goodman's Landscape Maintenance is seeking an Experienced Landscape Residential Maintenance Crew Leader.

Lead a crew of workers doing Landscape Maintenance in areas such as high-end residential properties and commercial properties:

Primary Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring delivery of quality services and customer satisfaction
• Trimming Plants, Up to 10' Trees and installing Flowers
• Equipment; In Field Management & Report Problems
• Management of Basic Irrigation Systems
• Knowledge of Top 25 Plants used in the Valley
• Ability to manage, train and mentor and instruct crew members
• Effectively communicate and relay problems with properties and customer's concerns with office staff by phone and CRM program service program on phone.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages 1-2 crew personnel

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Valid Arizona Driver's license and clean driving record
• Programming irrigation timers, replacing lawn heads, nozzles, and drip system repairs
• Mowing, edging, weed eating, trimming, blowing, raking, manual weed removal
• Picking up trash and debris, climbing ladders and trimming trees, digging, chopping, lifting equipment and other
objects
• Mixed gas and regular gas uses what type of fuel equipment knowledge
• Install plants and gravel, Irrigation Evaluation (upgrade/expand), Revamp Existing Landscaping
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical card
• Able to do physical work and lift at least 100lbs.
• Experience in use of Smart Phone texting and phone calls
• English speaking (Bi-lingual a plus)
• Experience with standard power and manual landscape maintenance equipment
• Experience in high quality residential landscape maintenance work.

**Compensation: Start $25 - $35 per hour DOE
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
• Current Driver's License
