Social Media Content Producer (Behind-the-Scenes) - Entry Level

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media Content Producer to work behind the scenes managing the execution side of our social media.

This role is for someone who enjoys editing content, following a posting schedule, and keeping social media accounts active, clean, and consistent.

You will be responsible for editing, formatting, and posting content daily across multiple platforms so our brand stays relevant and professional.

What You’ll Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities) Content Editing

Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
Add captions, music, and basic effects
Resize and format content for different platforms
Ensure videos meet quality and brand standards
Posting & Publishing

Post content daily to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
Follow a clear posting checklist and schedule
Confirm all posts are live and published correctly
Cross-post content accurately
Organization & Support

Organize video and photo files
Label and store content properly
Track what has been edited vs. posted
Prep content for future posting
Required Qualifications

Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Comfortable working with short-form social media content
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and consistent with daily tasks
Able to follow checklists and instructions
Comfortable working independently once trained
Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Preferred Qualifications

Photography or video background
Organized and process-driven work style
Experience working in support or production roles
