We are a Bakersfield-based company seeking a motivated and experienced Asphalt Paving & Maintenance Estimator

Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate estimates for asphalt paving and maintenance projects
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Build relationships with property managers, contractors, and clients
• Work independently and alongside field crews

Requirements:
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass standard pre-employment requirements
• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving, maintenance, repairs, and estimating practices
• Comfort with both estimating and client-facing sales activities
