Police Officer- Lateral

*Base salary to increase by 3% in July 2026.

$50,000 SIGNING BONUS
$25,000 paid upon hiring, $12,500 paid upon completion of FTO, final $12,500 paid upon successful completion of probationary period.

Successful candidates may be hired at any step in the salary range, depending on experience. Applicants who hold POST Professional Certifications will be eligible for certification pay (listed in monthly salary advertised above) as follows:
POST Intermediate: 7% of Base Salary
POST Advanced: 14% of Base Salary

*Opportunity for additional 5% specialty assignment pay, 7% FTO specialty assignment pay and utilization of a take-home car while on duty plus other applicable benefits such as Uniform Allowance of $1,000 per year.*
