Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Temporary Full-Time Receptionist to join our team at our Riverside office.

Position Summary:
This is a temporary, full-time, in-office position supporting daily front office operations, contract administration, payroll tracking, and project team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Front Desk
-Greet, assist, and direct guests professionally
-Answer and route incoming calls

Office Administration
-Manage office supplies and equipment
-Manage staff schedules and maintain project calendars
-Coordinate correspondence and internal/external communications
-Support the project team as needed

Contract Administration
-Assist with bid documents
-Track contracts and related documentation
-Manage bonds and insurance, including:
a.)Compliance review
b.)Collecting, reviewing, and resolving deficiencies
-Collect supplier conditional and unconditional progress waivers

Payroll
-Track and manage employee timecards

Client Support
-Conduct follow-up calls with clients

Qualifications:
-High school graduate or equivalent
-Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks
-Basic accounting knowledge
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
-This position involves walking, standing, bending, effective communication, and active listening
-Visual abilities required for computer work, reading, writing, typing, data entry, and focus adjustment
-Ability to push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 20 pounds (assistance required for heavier items)
-Work environment is an active, open office with moderate noise levels
