Job Description

We are a high-traffic, established restaurant and bar located in the heart of Sherman Oaks. We are currently seeking an experienced Front of the House Manager to lead our evening operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.
The Role:
• Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 4:00 PM to Close.

• Focus: Complete oversight of the floor, guest relations, staff performance, and closing duties.

Requirements:
• Extensive Experience: Must have a proven track record managing high-volume dining establishments. We are looking for a seasoned leader, not an entry-level manager.

.Bilingual (English/Spanish): Required. Must be able to communicate effectively with all Back of House and Front of House staff.

• Beverage Expertise: Deep knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor is required. You must be comfortable managing inventory, quality control, and staff training regarding our beverage program.

• FOH Excellence: You will be the face of the floor during peak hours. Ability to manage flow, handle high-pressure situations, and maintain high service standards is essential.
