Responsibilities
The Landscape and Hardscape Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing landscape and hardscape projects from start to finish
This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards
Identify and resolve project challenges and delays proactively.

Team Leadership & Supervision:
Manage and lead on-site crews, including foremen, laborers, and subcontractors
Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and industry best practices.

Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality
Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules.
