Experienced prep cook/seafood ret5ail assistant

Seeking a multifaceted prep cook role with experience in seafood and serving customers. Must have seafood knowledge, oyster shucking and boning as well as fillet knife skills. You will be working in a busy seafood restaurant with an in house fresh seafood counter. Some heavy lifting is required as well as cleaning duties. Work without supervision, self motivated and willing to learn.
This is a part-time position and you will be required to work a combination of day shifts and night shifts, week days and weekends. More shifts may be available based on skill and work ethic.
