Client Sales Representative (Appointment Setter) (W2) NO REMOTE WORK

We are a two-decade old ad agency with top tier clients. We work with industry leads in LEGAL, MEDICAL, HOME SERVICES, and E-COMMERCE. You KNOW our clients, they are national businesses. That is HOW GOOD we are.

What We’re Looking For:
· Confident phone presence — not afraid to call and speak up
· Clear communication, quick wit, and positive energy
· Ability to stick to the script while making it feel natural
· Must be reliable, hungry to win, and ready to work
· Previous appointment setting, call center, or sales experience

What You’ll Do:
· Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
· Use a simple script to explain our services and qualify interest
· Set appointments for our Account Management team
· Log details into our CRM and keep communication tight
· Follow up on leads and handle light objection responses

Compensation:
· $20.00/hour plus commissions and performance incentives
· Health Insurance and 401k after 3 months

Schedule
· Full-time (Office Work/No Remote)
· Monday–Friday (8am-5pm)
