WOMEN CLOTHINGS SAMPLE ROOM ASSISTANT

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Women Clothings Sample Room Assistant to join our dynamic fashion team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sample room where women’s clothing prototypes and samples are stored, organized, and prepared for fitting sessions, photoshoots, and presentations. Your energetic approach will ensure efficient sample handling, quality control, and seamless coordination with design, production, and merchandising teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative fashion collections in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
• Organize and maintain the sample room
• Assist in preparing samples for fittings, photoshoots
• Track sample movement using laboratory information management
• Collaborate with design and production teams to coordinate sample requests, returns, and rework processes
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain cleanliness of the sample room at all time

Experience
• Previous experience working in a fashion sample room or apparel warehouse environment is highly preferred
• Familiarity with garment handling techniques and women clothing construction is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
