HVAC Service Dispatcher & Coordinator
Location: Chatsworth.
Compensation: $18-20/hr +
Schedule: Mon to Fri 9AM TO 6PM. Rotating Saturdays 9am to 3pm

The Heart of Our Service Team
At Platinum Repair Inc, we don’t just fix ACs and heaters; we restore comfort to people’s lives. We are looking for a Service Dispatcher who can master the "logic puzzle" of a busy service day. You are the conductor of our orchestra, ensuring our technicians are profitable and our customers are happy.

What You’ll Do
The Master Scheduler: Manage the dispatch board for technicians, prioritizing "No Heat/No Air" emergencies while maintaining routine maintenance visits.

The Customer Advocate: Take incoming service calls with a friendly, "we’ve got this" attitude. You’ll be the first voice a frustrated customer hears.

The Logistics Pro: Route technicians geographically to minimize windshield time and maximize "wrench time."

The Tech Liaison: Debrief with technicians after each job to ensure parts are ordered and follow-up visits are scheduled.

What Makes You the Right Fit?
HVAC Savvy: You know the difference between a maintenance call and a compressor failure (or you’re a fast learner who can pick it up quickly).

The "Cool" Factor: When 10 calls come in at 8:00 AM on a 100°F day, you stay calm, organized, and polite.

Geography Whiz: You know the Los Angeles roads well enough to know that a 10-mile drive at 4:00 PM actually takes an hour.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in dispatching (HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical experience preferred) but not necessary.

Exceptional phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to pass a background check.
