Secret Garden curates intimate dining experiences and private events inside stunning homes across the U.S. Every gathering is designed to feel thoughtful, elevated, and beautifully put together — from the menu to the mood. We are now hiring all over the California area, Palm Springs, Malibu, Orange County, San Diego, Tahoe and the greater Los Angeles area.

We’re opening our 2026 roster and inviting executive chefs, private chefs, event chefs, bartenders, servers, dessert or other culinary specialists, support staff, and entertainers to apply. Our team is fully insured and professionally managed, so you can show up knowing everything is organized, protected, and flowing smoothly.

Secret Garden takes care of the bookings, communication, contracts, and payments, allowing you to focus on your craft and the guest experience.
