Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of families and individuals with developmental disabilities? We’re seeking highly motivated Parenting Educators to join our dedicated team!
As a Parenting Educator, you will work one-on-one in the field, teaching and supporting parents to strengthen their skills, improve family dynamics, and build confidence for lifelong success.
• Provide personalized, hands-on training to parents and caregivers.
• Act independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Follow and implement parenting program designs with creativity and care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Use sound judgment, strong reasoning, and problem-solving skills daily.
• Communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—with consumers, families, and colleagues.
• Utilize organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Connect families to valuable community resources.
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to listen and learn.
• Proven organizational skills, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of basic technology (Word, internet) and comfort with record-keeping.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision.
• A heart for service, patience, and a commitment to supporting families.
Requirements:
• Current TB test
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Valid CA driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance (minimum liability suggested: $100,000)
